1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service govern the use of the rsvd service (the "Service"), available at rsvd.pl and rsvd.app.

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Definitions

Service - the rsvd platform for managing online bookings
User - an individual or entity using the Service
Account - a User's individual account in the Service
Resource - a space, service, or asset available for booking
Booking - a reservation made by a customer
Subscription - a paid plan for accessing Service features

3. Terms of Use

Users agree to:

Provide accurate information during registration
Keep login credentials confidential
Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws
Not engage in activities that may disrupt the Service
Respect intellectual property rights

4. Registration and Account

Registration requires an email address and password
Each User may have only one Account
Users are responsible for Account security
Accounts can be deleted upon User request

5. Plans and Payments

The Service offers the following plans:

Lite Plan - basic features, 1 resource
Pro Plan - full features, unlimited resources, online payments, integrations

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically. Users may cancel at any time - access remains active until the end of the paid period.

6. Trial Period

Every new User receives a 14-day free trial with access to all Pro plan features. A paid subscription is required after the trial ends.

7. Liability

The Service is provided "as is"
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability
Users are fully responsible for content they upload
We are not liable for losses due to Service interruptions
Financial liability is limited to the amount of paid subscriptions

8. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Service, including source code, design, logo, and content, belong to rsvd. Users do not acquire any intellectual property rights to the Service.

9. Data Protection

Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

Users may delete their Account at any time
We reserve the right to suspend or delete Accounts violating these Terms
After Account deletion, data is removed according to the Privacy Policy

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Users will be notified of significant changes via email 14 days in advance.

12. Final Provisions

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland
Disputes will be resolved by courts in the service provider's jurisdiction
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect
